In 2015, Maasmechelen Village Chic Outlet Shopping approached us with a clear objective in mind. The Chinese customer base was getting more and more important for the luxury retailer group development, and they chose to rely on us to enhance their marketing and commercial strategy towards the Chinese community in Belgium and Chinese tourists travelling through Europe.

With a developed and well thought out strategy, we managed to increase the number of unique Chinese shoppers by 200% in less than one year. Our strategic plan included a permanent promotion for special periods of the year (Chinese New Year, Golden Week, ..), the organization of high-level visits from Chinese officials and artists, Chinese cultural activities within the Village, sponsorship management for Chinese-oriented events or initiatives, etc.
