Atlas Gala Dinner – Merger with HiSeas

The 25th June 2018 shall be a date to remember!

On that day, Atlas International Culture officially merged with HiSeas, the Chinese leader in the European Destination Management, and became Atlas by HiSeas.

As this year resonates with several major achievements regarding the Sino-European relationships, Atlas is very proud to unite its forces with HiSeas in order to build further bridges between two peoples.

Enjoying a constant growth since our creation in 2013, this merger is the apotheosis of our evolution. Atlas is entering a new era thanks to this fantastic opportunity to join the group HiSeas. WANG Haichen, the CEO of Atlas International Culture, shared his enthusiasm about this merger: “such an opportunity only arises once in a company’s lifetime. A new field of unlimited development is opening up to Atlas and our partners. Not only is this a unique chance, but also an honour to be joining such a prestigious group, which is no less than one of the Chinese leaders in the Tourism’s sector”.

Atlas and HiSeas will develop a new service: “Tourism +”, making tourism and culture, as well as tourism and business, inseparable concepts and enriching tourists’ and business people’s experience when travelling. By officialising this merger at the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium, the two entities have marked their ambition in one of the most symbolic cultural and touristic venues of Europe.

We had the honour to share this magical evening with prestigious guests, partners and friends, coming from all across Europe and China especially for this occasion, such as MEP István Ujhelyi, Vice Chair of the Transport and Tourism Committee of the European Parliament and President of the Europe-China “One Belt One Road” Culture and Tourism Development Committee accompanied by his cabinet; PAN Feng, President of the CEATEC EU Working Committee, WANG Wei, President of HiSeas.
